I recently went on a road trip to France and other parts of Europe for weeks and I need to store some luggage which I will not want to carry along. And finally I found StoragePal offering exactly the right kind of service for my needs (Airport storage is too expensive for more than a few days and other long-term storage option requires IDs which we non-residents cannot provide). I love StoragePal's customer service, which was friendly and prompt in answering my queries. Their website interface is intuitive to use and their rates are pocket-friendly too. Retrieving my items and terminating the service is a breeze too. I will recommend this to any tourists who need to store items for day/weeks or even months. Definitely a 5-star for me!

My only regret is that in case you need to withdraw your items, you have no direct access, you have to take an appointment with the team far before hand. Not so easy to organise yourself.

How much does it cost?

Each article has its own monthly price, VAT included: a Box S is €5. Billing starts when your articles arrive. You pay monthly in advance, the first month in full. The online catalogue shows your total before you book.

Is collection free?

Yes, from 6 articles stored at least 3 months, anywhere in Île-de-France. Below 6 articles, you pay the price shown for your address. Take articles back before 3 months and you pay the months left.

How soon can I store, and get articles back?

A drop-off or a partner collection needs no notice and no rush fee, Sunday included. You can book a pickup or a delivery back from the next day, and a visit 2 days ahead.

What can’t I store?

Jewellery, furs, artworks, precious metals, irreplaceable articles, liquids, animals, weapons, gas cylinders, batteries and anything flammable or dangerous. See section 13 of our terms and conditions.

Can I visit my articles?

Yes. Book a visit at least 2 days ahead in your account: staff bring them to reception. You get 6 free visits of 30 minutes every 90 days, then €30 per 30 minutes. A visit shows articles; a pickup takes them away.

Are my articles covered?

Yes. A €500 guarantee is included in every order, and you can choose up to €10,000 when you book. It adds to your own insurance, which you keep. See our guarantee page.

Can a partner van collect, or a carrier deliver to you?

Yes. A partner van collects anywhere in Île-de-France, free from 6 articles stored 3 months or more. DHL, UPS or your supplier can also deliver to Paris 15e.
