I recently went on a road trip to France and other parts of Europe for weeks and I need to store some luggage which I will not want to carry along. And finally I found StoragePal offering exactly the right kind of service for my needs (Airport storage is too expensive for more than a few days and other long-term storage option requires IDs which we non-residents cannot provide). I love StoragePal's customer service, which was friendly and prompt in answering my queries. Their website interface is intuitive to use and their rates are pocket-friendly too. My only regret is that in case you need to withdraw your items, you have no direct access, you have to take an appointment with the team far before hand. Not so easy to organise yourself.

What does a stay of a few days or weeks cost?

One bag is enough, at its monthly price: a Duffle bag S is €6, a Golf bag and trolley €8. Billing starts when it arrives. The first month is billed in full, with no minimum stay.

Can I drop my bags off on the day I arrive?

Yes, when a slot is free: book online and bring them to Paris 15e, 7 days, 9:00 to 19:30. A partner van can also collect at your hotel or the airport today, when a partner is free, with no short-notice fee.

How do I get my bags back before my flight?

Choose them in your account. Pickup in Paris 15e is free: book it by the day before. A partner van delivers to your hotel or the airport from the next day, at a fixed price. Under one working day's notice, add €50.

Can I send my bags home or on to my next stop?

Yes. Book and pay DHL, UPS or another carrier, then send us its label. We put the label on and hand your bags over, so nobody needs to come. A labelling fee applies.

My flight changed. Can I move my booking?

Yes, online. Moving or cancelling is free until 2 hours before a drop-off, 24 hours before a pickup, or 13:00 the working day before a partner van. After that, €30, or the van price once a partner is booked.

Where are my bags kept, and are they safe?

In our secure warehouse, under video surveillance. Only staff enter the storage area, and each bag is scanned at every move. A €500 guarantee is included in every order.
