I recently went on a road trip to France and other parts of Europe for weeks and I need to store some luggage which I will not want to carry along. And finally I found StoragePal offering exactly the right kind of service for my needs (Airport storage is too expensive for more than a few days and other long-term storage option requires IDs which we non-residents cannot provide). I love StoragePal's customer service, which was friendly and prompt in answering my queries. Their website interface is intuitive to use and their rates are pocket-friendly too. My only regret is that in case you need to withdraw your items, you have no direct access, you have to take an appointment with the team far before hand. Not so easy to organise yourself.

How much does personal storage cost?

You pay per article, by the month: €5 for a Box S, €7 for a Suitcase S, €20 for a 3-seat sofa. You pay the first month in full, then you can stop any day.

Is collection free?

Yes, from 6 articles stored at least 3 months, anywhere in Île-de-France. You can book it for today. If they come back earlier, you pay the remaining months. Below 6 articles, you pay for the collection.

Can I drop off my articles myself?

Yes. Book online, then bring them to 28 rue François Bonvin, Paris 15e, any day from 9:00 to 19:30. DHL, UPS or a supplier can deliver there too. Arriving without a booking costs €25.

Can I get only some of my articles back?

Yes. Choose them in your account, then pick them up in Paris 15e for free, or book a paid partner delivery, from the next day. Your bill drops from the next billing date.

What can I store?

Boxes, suitcases, furniture, prams, bikes and sports gear. Not in the catalogue? Create a custom article, priced by its size. Not accepted: jewellery, artworks, irreplaceable articles, liquids, aerosols and batteries.

Where are my articles kept, and are they covered?

In a warehouse under video surveillance: only staff enter the storage area. Every order includes a €500 guarantee, with options up to €10,000, on top of your own insurance.
