Sign in to your online account, open My storage, tick the articles and choose Return, then pick a date. One booking can take articles from several orders.
How much does a return cost?
A pickup at the warehouse is free of charge. A partner delivery’s price depends on your address and the articles that go out; you see it before you confirm. With your own carrier, you book and pay the carrier.
How soon can I get my articles?
Book a pickup or a delivery for the next day, online until closing time. A delivery booked less than one working day ahead, such as a Sunday booked on a Saturday, adds €50, shown before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel a return?
Yes, from your account, at no cost until 24 hours before a pickup, or 13:00 the working day before a delivery. Later, it costs €30, or the transport price once a partner is assigned.
Can I visit my articles first?
Yes. Book a visit at least 2 days ahead: staff bring them to reception. You get 6 free visits of 30 minutes every 90 days. A visit never hands articles over: book their return first, or you pay €25.
Do I keep paying after a return?
A month already started is due. From the next billing date, you pay only for the articles still stored. If your collection was free and you take articles back before 3 months, you pay the months left.
