After two other storage companies canceled on us last-minute, StoragePal truly saved the day. They went above and beyond to accommodate our bags well outside of normal working hours while we were backpacking across Europe. Without them, we would have been completely stuck—can’t recommend them enough for their flexibility and reliability!

I recently went on a road trip to France and other parts of Europe for weeks and I need to store some luggage which I will not want to carry along. And finally I found StoragePal offering exactly the right kind of service for my needs (Airport storage is too expensive for more than a few days and other long-term storage option requires IDs which we non-residents cannot provide). I love StoragePal's customer service, which was friendly and prompt in answering my queries. Their website interface is intuitive to use and their rates are pocket-friendly too. I always have a nice contact with Storagepal, efficient and quick to answer.
