Is insurance included?
A €500 guarantee is included in every order, with options up to €10,000 chosen when you book. It adds to your own insurance, which you keep. Details on the guarantee page.
Can I get back just one article?
Yes. Choose the article and a date in your online account: a partner van delivers it across Paris and Île-de-France, or you pick it up in Paris 15e. The others stay stored and your monthly price drops.
How long can I store?
A day or years. The first month is billed in full, then month by month, and your articles come back any day. Free collection needs a 3-month stay: articles returned earlier are billed the remaining months.
Where do you collect?
Across Paris and the whole Île-de-France: home, hotel, office or the airport. Free from 6 articles with a 3-month stay; below that the shop shows the price for your address. You can also drop off in Paris 15e, 7 days, 9:00 to 19:30.
What can’t be stored?
Liquids, batteries, aerosols, paint, food, valuables, jewellery, art and irreplaceable articles. Boxes, furniture, mattresses, appliances, bikes, archives and sports gear are welcome; an article missing from the catalogue is added as a custom article.
Can my articles be collected from a hotel or the airport, or shipped to you?
