I recently went on a road trip to France and other parts of Europe for weeks and I need to store some luggage which I will not want to carry along. And finally I found StoragePal offering exactly the right kind of service for my needs (Airport storage is too expensive for more than a few days and other long-term storage option requires IDs which we non-residents cannot provide). I love StoragePal's customer service, which was friendly and prompt in answering my queries. Their website interface is intuitive to use and their rates are pocket-friendly too. My only regret is that in case you need to withdraw your items, you have no direct access, you have to take an appointment with the team far before hand. Not so easy to organise yourself.

How much does it cost to store sports equipment?

You pay per article, by the month: €7 for a child bicycle and €11 for an adult bicycle. A golf bag and trolley is €8, fitness equipment under 25 kg €17.

Can I store skis or a snowboard?

Yes. They are not in the catalogue: when you book, create a custom article with their dimensions. The price follows their size.

Can I store an e-bike?

Yes, without its battery: we do not accept batteries, gas cartridges or fuel. Keep the battery at home.

Can I send my skis or golf bag on to a resort?

Yes. You book and pay DHL, UPS or another carrier. Send us the label: we put it on your gear and hand it over in Paris 15e. Prepay the shipment in full, customs duties included.

Is the collection free?

Yes, from 6 articles stored at least 3 months, anywhere in Île-de-France. You can book it for today. If they come back earlier, you pay the remaining months. Below 6 articles, you pay for the collection.

Where is my gear kept, and is it covered?

In a warehouse under video surveillance: only staff enter the storage area. Every order includes a €500 guarantee, with options up to €10,000, on top of your own insurance.
