StoragePal is committed to maintaining robust privacy safeguards for its users. Our Privacy Policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and protect the data you provide to us and to help you make informed decisions when using our Service.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Site” refers to the StoragePal Website, which is accessible from www.storagepal.fr or via our iOS mobile app.
“Service” means the StoragePal services to which users access through the Site, in which they may:
establish and pay an order for the storage of their business on a monthly basis;
plan the transportation of their effects to our warehouses; and
plan the return of their goods from our warehouses via their virtual attic to the delivery address.
The terms “we” and “our” refer to StoragePal. “You” refers to you as a user of our Site or Service.
By accessing our Site or our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use and consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal data as described below.
I. DATA WE COLLECT
We collect “non-personal data” and “personal identification data.” Non-personal data includes data that can not be used to identify you personally, such as anonymous usage data, the general demographic data we can collect, the referring pages and URLs, the types of platforms you use, the preferences you submit, and the preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and the number of clicks you make .

2. Data you provide us by registering to open an account

2. Non-Personal Data
In general, we use non-personal data to help us improve the service and personalize the user experience. We also aggregate non-personal data to track trends and analyze site usage patterns. This Privacy Policy in no way limits our use or disclosure of non-personal information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such non-personal information to our partners, advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.
In the event that we are subject to a commercial transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company or the sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal data may be part of the assets transferred. However, these measures do not guarantee that your data will not be viewed, disclosed, modified or destroyed by the violation of these measures. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.
IV. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional message to a user, the user may opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional email. You can also indicate that you do not want to receive marketing communications from us in the “Settings” section of your account. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate by unsubscribing or unsubscribing from our communications, we may continue to send you administrative e-mails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

As part of the Service, we may provide links to or be compatible with other websites or applications. StoragePal reserves the right to modify this policy and our Terms of Use at any time.
