Is there a deposit or a padlock to buy?
No deposit, no padlock, no file fee and no unit to clear when you leave. You are billed monthly, and the first month is charged in full.
What if my plans change?
Change or cancel a booking for free until 13:00 the working day before a collection, or 2 hours before a drop-off. There is no notice: the contract ends when your articles are out.
Can a partner van collect from my current unit?
Yes, anywhere in Île-de-France, at a fixed price shown before you book. Free from 6 articles stored 3 months or more. It can be today when a partner is free. DHL, UPS or your supplier can also deliver.
Can I see or take back just one article?
Yes. Book a free visit 2 days ahead and staff bring the articles you choose to reception. To take one back, pick it up free in Paris 15e from the next day, have a partner van deliver it, or send it with DHL or UPS.
Are my articles safe without my own padlock?
Yes. The warehouse has video surveillance, only staff enter the storage area and nobody opens your articles without your permission. Every order includes a €500 guarantee. Keep your own insurance.
