My only regret is that in case you need to withdraw your items, you have no direct access, you have to take an appointment with the team far before hand. Not so easy to organise yourself.

How much does storage during an office move cost?

You pay per article and per month, VAT included: €8.50 for an office chair, €12 for a desk, €6 for a cabinet, €5 for a carton. Billing is monthly in advance: the first month is charged in full, then stop anytime and take your articles back any day. Our online catalogue shows your exact monthly price in 30 seconds.

Is the collection free?

Yes, when you store at least 6 articles for at least 3 months: a partner van collects them for free in Paris, and an earlier return is billed. Below that, collection is paid, or drop them at our warehouse in Paris 15e. Very bulky orders may not qualify: we tell you the transport price before your booking is confirmed.

Do we get invoices with VAT?

Yes. Book as a business with your company name and VAT number. Prices include VAT, and VAT is shown separately on every invoice.

How do we prepare desks and boxes?

Empty the drawers and leave them in place. Put the screws of a dismantled desk in one closed box marked with your name, phone and order number; an article in more than two pieces is billed per extra piece. Pack loose articles in closed boxes and label every article: a missing label costs €3, repacking €25.

Can we get everything back in several deliveries?

Yes. From your account, order a delivery of what each team needs, when it needs it, or pick articles up at our warehouse in Paris 15e. Your monthly price goes down as articles come back.

Can a collection be booked at short notice?

Book as early as you can. A rush order, booked with less than the standard notice, costs €50 on top of the transport price, see our administrative fees.

Are our articles covered?

A €500 guarantee is included in every order, and you can choose €1,000, €2,500, €5,000 or €10,000 when you book. The guarantee is not an insurance policy: your company keeps its own insurance for its furniture and equipment. See our guarantee page.

What can't we store?

Liquids, perishable food, batteries, gas cylinders and aerosols, flammable or chemical products, weapons, jewellery, precious metals and irreplaceable articles. The full list is in our terms and conditions.

Can my articles be collected from a hotel or the airport, or shipped to you?

Yes. A partner van collects from your home, hotel, office or the airport, anywhere in Paris and Île-de-France: free from 6 articles with a 3-month minimum, paid below that. Your carrier or supplier can also deliver straight to the warehouse in Paris 15e, and collect your articles from it to ship them on.
