Each article has its own monthly price, from €5 for a Box S, VAT included. The first month is billed in full, then stop with no notice. From 4 m³ a discount applies by itself, with no code.
Can we book in our company’s name?
Yes. When you register, say you are a business and give your company name and VAT number. Book one order per client or event: each has its own invoice, as a PDF in your account.
Can DHL, UPS or a supplier deliver to you?
Yes. Give them the “Ship to” address from your booking email. They can deliver any time we are open, and you needn’t be there. Shipping must be fully prepaid, customs duties included.
How soon can a partner van collect?
Today, anywhere in Île-de-France, Sunday included, when the calendar shows a slot. It is free from 6 articles stored 3 months or more, and partners carry them from your floor.
How soon can we get articles back?
From the next day. Pickup in Paris 15e is free. A partner van delivers at a fixed price, €50 more under one working day’s notice. DHL or UPS: you book and pay the carrier, we attach your label and hand it over.
Is the warehouse secure?
Yes. It is under video surveillance, only staff enter the storage area, and nobody opens your articles without your permission. A €500 guarantee is included, with options up to €10,000. Keep your own insurance.
