I recently went on a road trip to France and other parts of Europe for weeks and I need to store some luggage which I will not want to carry along. And finally I found StoragePal offering exactly the right kind of service for my needs (Airport storage is too expensive for more than a few days and other long-term storage option requires IDs which we non-residents cannot provide). I love StoragePal's customer service, which was friendly and prompt in answering my queries. Their website interface is intuitive to use and their rates are pocket-friendly too. Retrieving my items and terminating the service is a breeze too. I will recommend this to any tourists who need to store items for day/weeks or even months. Definitely a 5-star for me!

My only regret is that in case you need to withdraw your items, you have no direct access, you have to take an appointment with the team far before hand. Not so easy to organise yourself.

Which carriers can deliver to you?

DHL, UPS, FedEx, Chronopost, Colissimo, DPD, GLS, the post, a seller or a mover. They deliver to Paris 15e any time on the booked day, 9:00 to 19:30. Moving the delivery day is free, even once it has passed.

Who pays the shipping and the customs duties?

You do, when you send them. Shipping must be fully prepaid, customs duties included: we can't pay anything on delivery.

How do I mark my parcels?

Stick the label that comes with your booking confirmation on each article. No printer? Write your name and customer number on every parcel. An article with no identification at all costs €30.

How long can my boxes stay, and what does it cost?

As long as you need. Each article has its own monthly price, from €5 for a Box S, billed monthly. The first month is due in full, then you can stop any day.

How do I get my boxes delivered or sent on?

Choose them in your account. A partner van delivers from the next day, €50 more under one working day's notice. Pickup in Paris 15e is free. Sending them on? You book and pay the carrier, and a labelling fee applies.

I sell online. Can stock come in and boxes go out?

Yes. Your supplier delivers stock to us, and whole boxes go out with DHL or UPS. We do not pack single customer orders. See our e-commerce page.
