I recently went on a road trip to France and other parts of Europe for weeks and I need to store some luggage which I will not want to carry along. And finally I found StoragePal offering exactly the right kind of service for my needs (Airport storage is too expensive for more than a few days and other long-term storage option requires IDs which we non-residents cannot provide). I love StoragePal's customer service, which was friendly and prompt in answering my queries. Their website interface is intuitive to use and their rates are pocket-friendly too. My only regret is that in case you need to withdraw your items, you have no direct access, you have to take an appointment with the team far before hand. Not so easy to organise yourself.

How much does a guest pay per bag?

A Duffle bag S €6 a month, a Suitcase M €9, VAT included, billed monthly. The guest pays the first month in full, whether the bag stays 3 days or 30. After that, stop any day.

Who books and pays, the guest or the hotel?

The guest, by the month. Send them the shop link, or build the quote and email it: they pay online with a foreign card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Nothing goes on the hotel’s bill.

What does the collection at the hotel cost?

It is free from 6 articles stored for 3 months. Below that you pay a fixed price, never by the hour: the shop shows it for your address before you book. Or the guest drops off in Paris 15e.

Can the bags go straight to the airport?

Yes, to an airport in Île-de-France or back to the hotel, booked online from the next day. Booked less than one working day ahead, it costs €50 extra. Or the guest picks them up free in Paris 15e.

Can a guest send their bags home?

Yes. The guest books and pays DHL, UPS or another carrier, then sends us the label. We put it on and hand the bags over: nobody needs to come.

Are the bags safe?

Each bag has its own label, scanned at every move. The warehouse has video surveillance, only staff enter, and nobody opens a bag without permission. Every order includes a €500 guarantee.
